The concept is pretty simple. Rent your driveway, extra parking lot spots, your lawn for the big concert or game. Got a vacation rental at the beach or lake, let the driveway earn money when you’re not using it. Put your car in the garage and let it earn while you ARE using it. Lots are expensive and take hours to get out of…we allow for a shared alternative that puts money back into the community and provides a better experience for you.
With intuitive tools for guests, users, and hosts, ParkIT provides easy web based access to private or repurposed parking spots that already exist. ParkIT offers convenient parking, often more secure than what’s publicly available, and avoids soaring rates and congestion at concerts, beaches, town centers and anywhere else parking is a nightmare. Booking in advance or locating spots with on demand parking make it user friendly no matter the need.

Join as a HOST, create your STRIPE CONNECT account, and list your spot(s). Onboarding is simple and intuitive, and we're always here to help. Don't want the hassle? Select one of our managed tiers and we'll handle everything for you. Your inventory + our management = passive income.
For hosts, fees are totally commission based and set by the hosting tier choosen. There are no fees outside of the parking rate for users to park.
All transactions are processed via Stripe with industry-leading encryption and security. The site is fully secure with SSL encryption on all pages and requests.
